

Secure Computing® is a $200 million IT company and a global leader in enterprise gateway security solutions. In 2006, Secure Computing acquired a new product solution and needed to quickly provide this solution to their client base with the utmost in customer satisfaction and productivity. They partnered with UNS to take on the challenge of staffing this new department of very specialized IT engineers in a very short period of time. UNS quickly, efficiently and accurately recruited and staffed this team of 10, therefore meeting Secure Computing's deadline and fulfilling their need.

Forward Hindsight is a Minneapolis-based business advisory firm, providing high-level business process consultation. They frequently work with clients who have a variety of IT staffing needs. Forward Hindsight has selected UNS as their sole provider of staffing due to UNS' recruiting success. Forward Hindsight recognized that UNS' network, process and 10 years of experience allows them to quickly source, interview and present candidates with any necessary IT skill set.

Allina Hospitals & Clinics is a family of hospitals that offer a vast array of services and programs through their dedicated work force of more than 22,000 employees. UNS has provided Allina Technology Support Services with staff augmentation solutions for its help desk and server team.

Intelligent Nutrients is a small, organic products company in Minneapolis, and UNS started working with them in 2002. Intelligent Nutrients faced a similar situation that most small businesses face: many IT needs but no budget to support a full-time staff person. Utilizing the UNS Virtual CIO program, Intelligent Nutrients has all their IT needs taken care of at a fraction of what an IT staff person would cost. From their own on-call IT consultant to network monitoring and software installation, Intelligent Nutrients has avoided network downtime and other computer-related issues by working with UNS.

In 2007, Master Coating Technologies acquired their largest competitor, thereby increasing sales volume five times and increasing staff to 50 employees from 20 employees.
